AWESOME SERVICE / PRODUCT !!
Great service and product is very well packaged and reliable, would for sure do business again with this Supplier

Returned it!
Didn't work on my Volvo. Kept getting "link error" no matter what I did, so I sent it back.

Even better than the one I had gotten before
I had recently gotten another scanner on Amazon for about $29 that was non CAN and that did the job very effectively, but when this particular scanner went on sale for about $23 I jumped on it, because I would like to be able to scan friends' newer vehicles as needed. In addition to scanning codes, it also checks the readiness monitors of things such as the catalytic converter and a/f sensors, something you would normally get on a much more expensive Actron pocketscan. By far, the best value at the price for a simple OBD2 reader.

Owning Autel MaxiScan saves money
I needed to be sure all codes were clear before I changed my lighting control module. My MaxiScan did the job in seconds and was easy to use

great buy
I borrowed a friends scanner that he paid $75 for, and although it had its own battery and connected to a computer... it did not have a reset option, nor did it detail what checks had passed. It simply gave a code number and took you to a website that wasn't too helpful. I am impressed with this little tool and wish I had bought it years ago.

The only downside I can see is that it does not retain any info after being unplugged, but at this price I can use a pad and paper with a smile.
